PREPARATION OF ITEMS FOR BINDING:

1. Produce the copies of the document to be bound. TRIMMING: We will trim 1/8" off the top, bottom, and front of each book, so account for this when you establish your page layout. If your page is less than 8.5" x 11" and you're printing on 8.5" x 11" paper place your page inside margin on the left edge of the 8.5" x 11" page, and center your page up and down. Family histories normally are double fan glued. We also offer sewing for an additional charge. Check the printed copies carefully to make certain everything is in the correct order. We only perform a cursory inspection of the document, so please inform us if there are any folded pages. We do not check all the pages.

2. Separate each volume to be bound with a colored separator sheet between copies.

3. Include a complete filled out BINDING SLIP, typed or clearly printed. Include your cover and stamping color choice. Cover colors are included in the STANDARD CLOTH COLORS chart. Stamping is available in black, white, or gold foil.
